April 29, 2024:

On Friday-April 26, 2024, FCFCU had a meeting with Mastercard.  Mastercard is starting the process on establishing a Mass re-issue for the debit cards.  Debit cards will be mailed to Member's address on file with FCFCU.  Mastercard did not give a timeline as of yet, the process has begun and the next meeting with Mastercard will be on 4/30/24.   

Recently, we had several debit cards compromised by an outside vendor.  Out of caution, we have shut down ALL debit cards.  Mastercard is working diligently to get these new cards processed. We will update about the debit cards once new information is available.

**At this time, we ask that you update your Phone Number, Mailing Address, and Email addresses by stopping by the CU, calling, or sending an email to newaccounts@fourcornersfcu.org.  Account owners may only make changes to accounts. 

Wire Transfers and ACH transactions are available at your convenience-click on Accounts & Services tab for more information.  ***Wire Cut off time at 2:30pm (MST) Monday thru Friday***

REMINDER:  All debit card transactions approved for sales or refunds from 4/12/2024 WILL PROCESS to your 99-Debit Card Account when the credit union returns ON LINE with COOP.  Please destroy your current debit card.  FCFCU discourages all members to NOT use their debit card, due to fraudulent merchants who compromised the debit cards.
